This is what we can help with:
- Liaison
On your behalf, working strictly to your precise instructions, we can liaise with developers, mortgage providers, lawyers, gestors, insurers, public utilities companies and other key firms, helping to ensure that things go smoothly, in proper time. Note that we do not seek, or operate under, Power of Attorney status.
- Community
On your behalf, working strictly to your precise instructions, we can represent you at Owner's Community meetings.
- Mail
We can check your mailbox (buzon) at regular intervals (often weekly) and forward mail to you, or hold on your behalf. We will not open or otherwise examine mail - for example bank or utilities correspondence - unless you specifically instruct and authorise.
- Keyholding
We can retain copy sets of keys on your behalf in sealed containers, to be released only on your specific instruction to authorised recipients in person, or in the case of genuine emergency.
- Inspection
Make inspection visits at regular intervals (as agreed).
- Report
Under many of the foregoing headings, report to you either at regular intervals (to be agreed) or as is appropriate to circumstances. Reports will normally be in writing, by email. Alternatively, by agreement or as necessity dictates, by telephone.
