If you are new to the Costa del Sol, we will advise you knowledgably and honestly about the different areas, different urbanisations, the local laws and about purchase expenses that you'll incur. We can also help you find the other services you need for a successful purchase - financial advisor, mortgage broker, currency dealer, gestor, lawyer etc. We also provide after sales support should you wish to rent out your newly purchased property, or require pool maintenance, or cleaning, or furnishings etc.
So this is the process:

- We will advise you of properties that will suit you - by email and will then discuss these with you by phone
- If you are not in Spain, you should then travel out here as soon as you can (we can book flights and suitable accommodation for you, as required). Don't forget to bring some financial information if you'll need a Spanish mortgage (click here for more information).
- We will collect you from the airport, or from where you are staying, and take you to see the pre-agreed properties
- We will handle your purchase and all negotiations, actively working to make sure that everything goes as smoothly as possible, with no nasty surprises, until completion.
